6 Lessons to Launch Your Game
Ready to take your first swing? Our 6-lesson Beginner’s Golf Package is designed to introduce new players to the fundamentals of golf in a fun, supportive, and structured environment. This 6 session course takes you through the main shots you need to be a golfer!
What’s the Course Content:
- Lesson 1: Grip, Set up & Swing Basics – Learn the foundation of a solid golf swing.
- Lesson 2: Recap & Swing Development – Learn the movements to make a consistent full swing.
- Lesson 3: Chipping & Swing – introduction to the first of the short shorts around the green.
- Lesson 4: Pitching & Swing – learn another essential short game shot
- Lesson 5: Putting Fundamentals on the green to learn the correct putting set up and stroke mechanics .
- Lesson 6: On the golf course – Introduction to the golf course and learn when to play all the shots you’ve learned!!
Each session is delivered by our certified instructor and tailored to your pace and goals. All equipment is provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

Practice Facilities
At Uptown Cairo Golf Club, we offer state-of-the-art practice facilities designed to enhance your golfing experience. We have an expansive grass tee driving range tee as well as a dedicated putting greens that allow you to fine-tune your putting game. Additionally, our specialized short game area is perfect for practicing chipping, pitching, and bunker shots. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just starting out, our facilities cater to all skill levels, ensuring a comprehensive and enjoyable practice session.
The practice facilities are open to members and guests and no prior booking is required. Range balls and equipment can be rented through the pro-shop.
